What is stored
HustleHub uses your ChatGPT sign-in identifier and email to identify your account. The service stores the profile, business, customer, order, equipment and financial records you enter in the hosted workspace database. Shared operations also store staff clock-in/out times, shifts, tasks, completion notes, approval decisions, in-app notifications, manually recorded payment references and issued document snapshots. Reusable offerings store names, descriptions, units, prices, planned durations and checklist templates. Orders created from an offering retain a copy of its details and quote. Job checklists store required steps, completion status, completing user identifier and time. Order progress stores system status events, customer-visible messages, author role/identifier and per-account last-opened positions. Owners, assigned staff and the customer linked by account or sign-in email can see the shared conversation. Internal tasks and checklists are not included in the customer timeline. Changing the linked customer clears the old shared conversation to protect the previous customer. Owners manage offerings and checklist requirements; assigned employees can complete job steps. Inventory modules store supplier contacts, purchase orders and costs, stock movements and staff material requests, and equipment custody/return records. PDF/image task attachments and their metadata are stored in protected object storage. Business names, countries, departments and descriptions appear in the directory only when an owner opts in. Owners may upload a logo and cover picture; the browser resizes, centre-crops and converts them to PNG before storage. Team members and linked customers can view branding; directory visitors can view it when the business is listed. A business WhatsApp number is displayed only when the owner enables the contact button. The button opens WhatsApp, whose own privacy terms apply; WhatsApp messages are not copied into HustleHub.
Access
Owners can view their business records and manage memberships. Employees can view assigned work, shared tools, stock availability, their own materials requests and equipment custody, and their own attendance, without supplier purchase costs or owner financial fields. Customers can view jobs linked to their account or verified sign-in email. Membership invitations are restricted to their intended email address. The platform administrator can view business names, countries, departments, registration dates and aggregate usage counts to oversee service adoption. This overview does not display customer records, staff contact details or business financial amounts.
Processing
Data is used to provide records, schedules, exports and calculations. Entries are not sent to an AI service. This version does not process payments, send marketing messages or sell customer data. Direct sponsored messages can appear on discovery pages and department introductions. Targeting uses the selected department, not private business records. The service counts client-reported visible-ad events and clicks using random per-placement identifiers, without storing identity, IP addresses or cookies in its advertising event tables. These counts can include automated traffic and are not verified audience measurements. No Google advertising or third-party advertising SDK is connected.
Advertiser information
Campaign submissions store the advertiser name, signed-in email, message, destination URL and selected department. Administrators review campaigns and record agreed prices, dates, decisions and manually checked payment references. Advertisers can see their own campaign history and withdraw a campaign. The platform administrator can manage all campaigns. Public ad responses contain only the approved creative, advertiser name, destination and department, without private contact or ledger fields.
Retention and control
Owners can export records, delete eligible individual records, cancel work and remove member access. Jobs with payment-ledger entries cannot be deleted individually, to preserve their linked history. Account → Delete account data permanently removes your profile, owned businesses and their records (including task attachments and branding pictures), and memberships. Linked customer contact fields and issued-document contact details in other workspaces are redacted; non-contact transaction details can remain in the business records. Account deletion also withdraws your advertisements and redacts their contact and creative information. Non-contact campaign, event and sponsor payment history remains for financial reconciliation. Account deletion removes your progress read positions and redacts your messages in other businesses; relinking or deleting a customer order clears its shared timeline. This does not delete your ChatGPT account. Avoid entering unnecessary personal data.
